Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey reviews the agenda and action items for the upcoming March 2, 2026, Muncie City Council meeting. Although it appears to be a light meeting, with only two new ordinances and two resolutions, it could, once again, be an interesting meeting because of the continued stalemate between the public and Council President Jeff Green over the so-called "Council Rules," as well as an interesting Ordinance and Resolution. Time will tell!
