Not only does it look like it will be a fight between the "Muncie City Council" and the "Ridenour Administration," but now it seems as if the "Muncie City Clerk, Belinda Munson," has taken an issue with the proposed 2025 Budget. From what sources inside City Hall are saying, she has now been tagged into "The City of Muncie - City Hall (2025) Budget Battle" against the Mayor and the Controller!

We have Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour & City Controller Craig Wright in this corner.

In the other corner, we have a group of various Muncie City Councilors.

And now, in a 3rd corner, we have City Clerk Belinda Munson.

They are all LOOKING TO GET... IT... ON... in the fight, we call: "The City of Muncie - City Hall Budget Battle!"

And from out here, in the cheap seats, the citizens of Muncie are looking at all this insanity, wondering, "What in the bloody hell is all this about?"
