BREAKING NEWS out of the City of Muncie, Indiana! Mayor Dan Ridenour's 5th Communications Director left that position, and in quick order, a 6th Communications Director was hired. For the first time in four and a half years, communications might become a priority for the embattled Administration. Next up, a Muncie Board of Works meeting is discussed, and it appears as though the Madison County, Indiana Republican Party Chairman has found more trouble, this time due to the Party's financial filings.
