He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and graduated from the Indiana Judicial College in 2021. Hollems and his wife have lived in Muncie since 2003, raising their two children in the community. Bilbrey and Hollems discuss the campaign, Hollems' views on the current state of Delaware County's judicial system, and his plans for the Court if elected.
