David Williams was born and raised in Delaware County, Indiana, and currently serves as an elected precinct committeeman for the Delaware County Republican Party. He served as a State Delegate at the 2024 Republican State Convention and also ran for Delaware County Council At-Large that year, but came up a little short. He is a candidate for the Delaware County Council District 1 seat in the 2026 primary election.
