For part 1, Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey welcomes attorney Mark Nicholson to the program. Nicholson has an interesting backstory himself, and he is currently one of the few attorneys representing clients suing Henry County Sheriff John Sproles for various wrongdoings.

Recently, Nicholson has taken on the case of the family of Nicholas Gulley II, who died on Friday, February 17, 2026, after being on life support in the ICU due to illnesses and injuries sustained while Gulley was incarcerated in Henry County Jail.

Bilbrey allows Nicholson to speak on various topics he's legally permitted to discuss. While this is Nicholson's first time as a guest, it certainly won't be the last!

Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey once again offers viewers exclusive footage from inside the Henry County, Indiana Jail, taken while Nicholas Gulley II was held on the preliminary charge of criminal trespass.

This footage is hard to watch, but it MUST be seen! Transparency and accountability are crucial, and this video gives a rare look inside the Henry County Jail during a time when those in charge acted very questionably. The ongoing question has been, is, and will continue to be: "Did the use of force against Gulley reach a level of brutality, and is the Henry County Sheriff's Department guilty of gross negligence in the care NOT PROVIDED TO Gulley during the nine days he was confined?"

Gulley was initially arrested and booked into Henry County Jail on Friday, January 9th, 2026, for Criminal Trespass, a Class B Misdemeanor. On the same day, he was involved in a physical altercation with four or five Henry County corrections officers. His injuries worsened over the following days.

Gulley's health declined, leading to emergency services being called nine days later, on Sunday, February 18, 2026, and he was transported to Henry County Hospital.

Due to the severity of his condition, he was airlifted by Lifeline helicopter to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, where he was placed in the intensive care unit on life support. He remained there until his passing today, Friday, February 27, 2026, at 557 p.m.

This tragic outcome represents yet another serious incident raising questions about the leadership, policies, and culture within the Henry County Sheriff’s Office under Sheriff John M. Sproles. These events add to a growing list of concerns that demand transparency, answers, and accountability.

It is with great sadness that Bilbrey informs the audience of the passing of Nicholas Gulley II, a 35-year-old resident of Henry County, Indiana. Gulley died earlier today at approximately 5:57 p.m. on Friday, February 27th, 2026, following a prolonged and critical medical emergency that began after he was involved in a physical altercation while in the custody at the Henry County Jail.
