While several meetings took place across Indiana this morning—including the Delaware County Commissioners, Randolph County Commissioners, and Grant County Commissioners—Bilbrey focuses on the Muncie City Council Meeting and the Winchester City Council Meeting, both held this evening. First, Bilbrey shares a statement that former Muncie City Councilor Jeff Robinson issued about the recent "political party hopping." Bilbrey offers his thoughts on Jeff's letter and explains why he believes Jeff is right on the money with his statement. From there, Bilbrey explores the Muncie City Council Meeting, which turned out to be a major disappointment. The City Council passed "ordinance 2025" (an ordinance raising EMS rates in the City). While this decision is more than likely a poor choice for the citizens of Muncie, and the Council should have tabled it to gather more information, the main issue is how the discussion and votes were handled!
