But let’s stop pretending tomorrow is about procedure, rules, and regulations! Tomorrow is about whether the fifth district of the Indiana GOP will play along with the Madison County Republican Party and formally endorse a continued campaign of retaliation against Callahan for refusing to stay quiet!

Bilbrey then discusses the City of Muncie's Parks Board meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, and notes that Dustin Clark has been overseeing all matters related to Prairie Creek Reservoir—a fact that should upset everyone!

Bilbrey calls on Mayor Dan Ridenour to hand over planning for what will be the "NEW" Prairie Creek Reservoir to a board or a group of stakeholders from Muncie and across Delaware County. This should not be planned solely by the Mayor or Dustin Clark.

Next, Bilbrey turns to the Muncie Board of Works meeting, highlighting the "lowlights" of that production.

Lastly, Bilbrey reports that Spartech LLC, a plastics manufacturer specializing in engineered acrylics and thermoplastics for the healthcare, aerospace, and packaging industries, will lay off 125 employees beginning December 23, 2025. It's always bad when a business closes and jobs are lost; it's even worse when that company just asked the city for a five-year tax abatement plan in December 2023.

Today, I'm announcing there are not enough votes to move that idea forward, and the Senate will not reconvene in December."

Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey discusses a tragic event that occurred in Delaware County, Indiana, around 3:40 a.m. today (Wednesday, November 12, 2025). Delaware County Sheriff's Department Corporal Blake Reynolds responded to a call about a motorist in need of assistance on Interstate 69, northbound from State Road 28. While Cpl. Reynolds was out of his vehicle helping a truck driver who had pulled over on the side of the road when a second semi, also headed north, lost control and collided with Cpl. Reynolds' patrol vehicle, the broken-down semi, and, sadly, Cpl. Reynolds himself.

First responders from all over the area rushed to the scene to help in any way possible. Two medical helicopters were dispatched, and every effort was made to save Cpl. Reynolds. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.

Bilbrey then provides some updated details about the Whitestown shooting investigation.
